Price: The price starts at $4 per person per month.

G2 Rating: 4.7/5 - (3139 reviews)

Service element: Receive suggestions for actions to take to increase employee experience.

You might have heard of the people success platform Lattice. Through Lattice, team leaders and employees can create goals, send out pulse surveys, track OKRs, schedule and run feedback cycles and dive deep into employee engagement and performance data.

What we really like (and so do thousands of other companies) about Lattice is that alongside weekly feedback sessions and pulse surveys, they offer employee entry and exit surveys. Through these surveys, leaders can understand and discover the elements of employees` experience that influence retention the most.

Pros: The best thing about Lattice is how much the tool offers and how much you can actually measure. From employee engagement and satisfaction to tracking OKRs and setting up personal growth plans. This tool is definitely for you if you are looking for a data-driven, well-rounded HR tool.

Cons: Compared to other tools, Lattice is a bit more on the pricy side.

2. Culture Amp

Price: Contact for custom pricing plans.

G2 rating: 4.6/5 - (248 reviews)

Service element: Customizable employee pulse surveys

Culture Amp is another top employee engagement company focused on improving and measuring employee engagement, retention, and performance. Like Lattice, Culture Amp sends surveys to teams and employees and gives recommendations to team leaders based on data.

Even better, surveys at Culture Amp are customizable; you can choose which questions you would like your employees to answer. They also combine engagement and performance data to show who is most at risk of leaving the company and why. This is especially useful for leaders and managers to understand how to avoid attrition.

Pros: We love the custom survey feature and that Culture Amp gives recommendations and deep insights based on data. They also offer comprehensive benchmarks by industry, company, size and region, so you know where your company stands. Plus, who doesn’t like a good Slack integration ;)

Cons: Not necessarily a product con per se, but as a potential customer, it would be nice to see pricing and a platform demo straight up without having to go through various forms and applications.

3. Gomada

Price: Gomada will always be free. Paid plans will be available in September.

G2 rating: N/A

Service element: Measures team engagement and suggests team building activities that are correct for your team

Gomada is a great example of a hybrid employee engagement and team building platform. Gomada’s Slack pulse survey collects data on how your team is feeling and the needs your team has and also gives you actionable recommendations on which activity is best for your team.

The employee engagement survey can be easily integrated with Slack, and the questions are formatted in a fun, short way, which makes it an enjoyable experience for the employees. You can still use Gomada for free with your team and enjoy the perks of checking in with your team daily.

Pros: Daily check-ins, easy to use, and enjoyable to answer. What else can we say? Plus, as a hybrid employee engagement and team building tool, you can directly use the pulse survey results to do fun team building activities to increase employee engagement.

Cons: Gomada is still in beta and is constantly upgrading its activities and surveys. This means it can only get better with time!

4. 15Five
