The monthly/annual subscription gives you access to all of Gomada’s features while the one-off payment grants you access to a single team building activity.
There is no minimum number of users needed nor a maximum. Reducing the number of paid seats is possible and it will come into effect on the next billing cycle. An increase in seats is possible at any time, you’ll just pay pro-rata for each new seat based on the number of days remaining in your billing cycle.
No, a credit card is only necessary when you want to continue to use Gomada beyond the free trial period.
Right now, you can only pay with a credit card. Your payment is processed via Chargebee, an ISO and SOC II-certified payments provider. Need another payment method? Contact us at hi@gomada.co.
Visit the Gomada app and cancel your subscription at any time. The cancellation will come into effect at the next billing cycle. You'll still have access to your dashboard but won't be able to access features.
