  • Ensure a click-worthy subject line that provokes curiosity or excitement. Best practice says to keep it under 50 characters. Try something like:
  • Join us! [Event name] happening [date]
  • Invite for [Recipient name]: [Event name]
  • Interested in [Event name]?
  • FREE [Event name] 
  • Give all the basic event info: purpose, time, date, event URL, duration & what to expect.
  • Include an RSVP call-to-action to ensure people know how and when to respond.
  • Detail any special instructions, such as anything attendees need to bring.
